18 inch fibroid
i am 37 years old, have a 6 year old daughter and dec. 13 i was diagnosed with this 18 inch tumor right in the middle of my pelvic area. it is now jan 19 all is said and done, i have been warned it can be cancerous and i am scheduled for surgery jan22. to remove and biopsy while i am under. i have given written consent to remove what they need to. ie hysterectomy. i just want it all out of me. i dont want the pain and the scare of cancer again. at least not ovarian or that kind of cancer. so if all is removed nothing left huh. i am scared and just wanted to offer my story to others. though it might not be for everyone and i dont know ho3w it will go. but i have to believe all will be well afterward. just want to have a normal life again. i will right again afterward and let you all know what becomes of this surgery.
